This year, Universal Orlando Resort is celebrating 30 years of its Mardi Gras Carnaval offerings! During the celebration, Universal Studios park is transformed for the festivities with internationally inspired food booths, live music, colorful decor and an impressive nightly parade. For its 30th anniversary, Universal Orlando Resort released some brand NEW food items. During our last video we sampled some of these carnaval delicacies and compared them to some of our returning favorites. In this video, we count down and chow down on our top 10 BEST Mardi Gras eats for 2025. This list is a collection of the new and returning fan favorites. We also sample each item to see if the quality remains consistent. Along the way, we highlight some notable mentions, live entertainment and attempt to capture the unique atmosphere of this event.
