Walt Disney World’s foodie park is serving up a landscape of new flavors, and we stopped by to try EVERYTHING! EPCOT is known for its internationally inspired cuisine, and several countries in the World Showcase have recently introduced authentic new dishes; some have even gone viral! In the Italy Pavilion, Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria released a trio of bruschetta along with a Prosciutto & Melon Pizza. While the pizza may sound like a strange combination, this flavor pairing is actually very popular in Via Napoli’s home country. Over in Germany, Karamell-Küche has debuted a Passholder-exclusive cake pop. This decadent morsel combines rich chocolate and caramel flavors for an indulgent bite. Meanwhile, in Japan, a newly released ice cream sandwich has gone viral! Located toward the back of the Japan Pavilion inside the Mitsukoshi Department Store, the Wafer Ice Cream Sandwich features a crispy wafer that works like a cone while surrounding the ice cream, helping prevent it from getting messy too quickly. When we visited Japan, we loved these treats, so we were excited to see them make their Walt Disney World debut here in the States!
