Food & Wine's BIG Change! Epcot's NEW Cheese Exhibit, Booths & More!
Times are a-changing at Epcot's International Food & Wine Festival! Recently, the Cheers to Cheese exhibit opened in CommuniCore Hall, and with it came a NEW booth called The Wedge. Cheers to Cheese celebrates, believe it or not, cheese! With displays that teach patrons about the history of cheese, cheese pairings, and the cheese making process. The Wedge, also located in CommuniCore Hall, complements Cheers to Cheese by offering 3 different styles of Mac & Cheese, a cheese board, and a much anticipated Cannoli Milkshake. Right outside this new exhibit, a booth called Festival Favorites also opened recently. This booth features popular items from previous Food & Wine Festivals. For Food & Wine's 35th anniversary, Festival Favorites is bringing back the S'mores Milkshake, Perogies, South Korean pork belly wraps, and a pumpkin cheesecake mousse trifle.
