"We keep moving forward, opening new doors and doing new things, because we're curious... and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths." Those words were spoken by Walt Disney and they feel significant given the changes coming to Magic Kingdom Park. Nighttime entertainment is a staple of the Disney Parks experience. Despite this, Magic Kingdom hadn't had a nighttime parade in close to a decade. This changed on July 20th, 2025 when Disney Starlight made its debut. This parade features floats themed around a cascade of new and classic Disney Independent Properties. Moving from Main Street USA to Frontierland, Starlight illuminates Magic Kingdom each night, utilizing the lighting packages on each float to complement the stories of each character. Along with this new addition came changes to Magic Kingdom's Beauty & the Beat themed restaurant. Be Our Guest had a menu revamp. Most of the menu are reimagined with new additions like Char fish and a Blooming Rose Dessert. We went to Magic Kingdom on this historic day to experience everything NEW. This was our first time experiencing a Disney Nighttime Parade and our experience at Be Our Guest may have changed the hierarchy of Magic Kingdom dining.
