Narcoossee's is a reservation that's consistently eluded us. This restaurant is situated right on Seven Seas Lagoon at Walt Disney World's flagship resort, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Offering up picturesque views of Cinderella's Castle, Nighttime Fireworks Spectaculars, and each of the Magic Kingdom resorts, Narcoossee's focuses primarily on Seafood with an emphasis on fine dining. This is the first restaurant in Grand Floridian's line up that's undergone refurbishments to match what will be the new look of this resort. During this time, Disney brought on veteran Chef, Noah Estabrook, to curate a fresh take on Narcoossee's classic menu. Chef Noah is known for his experience working at Citricos and Walt Disney World's priciest restaurant, Victoria & Albert's. We were lucky enough to grab a reservation on reopening day for Narcoossee's. Being one of the first guests to dine here after their refurbishment, we had the opportunity to try out some of their new dishes and some classic menu items. We also go over the new aesthetic and how the décor places emphasis on Narcoossee's, Land to Sea theme.
