Disney's Coronado Springs Resort has six different restaurants on property. Before the opening of the Gran Destino Tower, Maya Grill was considered the signature dining experience here but since then, this restaurant has been overshadowed by its neighbors, Three Bridges Bar & Grill at Villa Del Lago and, The AAA Five Diamond Rated Rooftop restaurant, Toledo. During our stay at Coronado Springs a few years back we had the privilege of being able to dine at nearly every restaurant on property. However, Maya Grill had yet to reopen at that time. The architecture at Maya Grill is meant to represent Mayan Ruins. Each room within the restaurant pays homage to the Mayan reverence for Fire, Water, Sun and Moon.
