Is Paddlefish Underrated? Celebrating Our Anniversary at Disney Springs! Walt Disney World

Writer: Samantha BonsignoreSamantha Bonsignore

Looming large in the Disney Springs skyline is Paddlefish, a stationary paddle boat that serves as both a restaurant and wedding venue at Walt Disney World. Found in the Landing Section of Disney Springs, the menu focuses on seafood and classic American fare. 5 years ago, we were married on the top deck of Paddlefish. Each year, around the time of our anniversary, we make sure to stop by to see how the menu compares to our wedding day. Spoiler alert, its never going to be as great as our wedding but we do think this restaurant often gets lost in the shuffle due to how crowded with great restaurants Disney Springs is. For Valentine's Day and the month of February, Disney Springs also made available some exclusive treats that we thought complemented our celebration. At Amorette's Patisserie there's a Carl & Ellie Pixar "Up" themed petite cake and at Swirls on the Water there's a new Chocolate & Strawberry Swirl Dole Whip. In this video, we bring our viewers with us on our anniversary festivities. We start at Paddlefish for dinner and then wander around Disney Springs to try out what Amorette's and Swirls on the Water have to offer. At the end we see if these seasonal Valentine's Day items taste as good as they look and see if Paddlefish deserves more recognition.
