This video is part 3 of our 6 part series where we dine at Disney Springs' most iconic brunch spots to see which one we think is the BEST. The series includes detailed reviews of Wine Bar George, The Boathouse, Raglan Road, Chef Art Smith's Homecomin', Summer House on the Lake, and House of Blues. House of Blues is a chain restaurant founded by famous Ghostbusters actor Dan Aykroyd, and Isaac Tigrett. The Walt Disney World location opened in 1997 and previously featured a highly acclaimed Gospel Brunch that has since been discontinued. However, the brunch vibes and bites are still alive and well in this eclectic eatery. The menu features an interesting breakfast pizza, Pig Grits & Shrimp, and several dishes inspired by the restaurant’s Louisiana bayou aesthetic. To us, House of Blues might beat out the other table-service restaurants in this series on looks alone. The interior features pieces from over 150 artists, with bottle cap artwork covering much of the decor, along with beautiful painted works and murals adorning the ceiling. Some might consider the style a bit loud or bombastic, but to us, it’s just fun. Live music, classic Southern comfort food, and a unique aesthetic definitely make House of Blues stand out, but can it compete with the high caliber lineup of the other Disney Springs brunch spots? Join us to find out!
