Finding Tokyo Disneyland's BEST Eats!

Writer's picture: Samantha BonsignoreSamantha Bonsignore

Tokyo Disneyland was The Walt Disney Company's first international park. The ride line up is considered the best of any Disney Castle Park but how is the food? We know from experience that cuisine at a Disney Park can be hit or miss. Currently our favorite theme park for food is Disneyland in California. To us, that's the gold standard and subsequently everything we try at Japan's Disneyland is going to be compared to what's offered Walt's original Magic Kingdom. Honestly, if we were rating things on looks alone Tokyo Disneyland would be the winner. It has the most stylized and eclectic line up of eats we've encountered. Theme park food should be themed and they definitely understood the assignment. We tried Mike Wazowski Melon Pan Bread that literally looks like Mike Wazowski's head, a Mickey Shaped Pizza, a Cheesy Chicken Curry that has an egg yoke shaped like Mickey's head, Alien Green Mochi, a Mickey Waffle that regularly clears a two hour wait and numerous other signature items to find which we think is the BEST. It felt surreal and humbling to experience our first international park. Japan was a dream and Tokyo Disneyland definitely brought the magic. Join us, while we take in the atmosphere, try the cuisine and enjoy the place "Where Dreams Come True".
