EPCOT’s most artsy festival just got a major menu makeover! With over 31 NEW food items debuting at the 2026 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts, we set out to try as many of these creatively colorful cuisines as possible on opening day. Over at POP Eats, the fan-favorite Pimento Grilled Cheese has been replaced by a Croque Monsieur. Figment’s Inspiration Station also saw a near-complete menu overhaul, with the signature Rainbow Cake making way for a new Bundt cake—along with brand-new offerings like Popcorn Chicken & Waffles and a cake that bears a striking resemblance to a certain famous purple dragon. This year, Fictional Victuals is sporting an Alice in Wonderland theme. The booth features notable design elements inspired by the classic animated film, while the menu serves up dishes that truly look like they’ve gone down the rabbit hole. The Disney on Broadway exhibit has also returned to CommuniCore Hall! Just outside the exhibit, you’ll find a massive 1,200-pound Magic Lamp that was used in the Broadway production of Aladdin. Inside, guests can explore brand-new costumes, shadow puppets, and heirlooms from a variety of Disney on Broadway shows. Many Walt Disney World fans consider the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts to be one of the lighter festivals when it comes to food—and it is EPCOT’s shortest festival. However, when it comes to creative energy, vibrant aesthetics, and inventive dishes, it remains one of our absolute favorites. Join us as we find out whether this menu makeover can change the Festival of the Arts’ reputation—and be sure to watch until the end to learn how to enter our special Figment-themed giveaway!
