Welcome to our Franken-vlog! This video was filmed prior to our trip to Paris and London. Unfortunately, we tried using new wireless microphones and were unable to release it at the time due to audio issues. Thankfully, our friends over at @ExtraMagicMinutes helped us salvage the audio, and we hope you all enjoy our most recent experience at The Boathouse! The landscape of Disney Springs restaurants and menus is ever-changing. However, one restaurant stands as a testament to quality, performing the difficult task of balancing thematic atmosphere, quality cuisine, and classic Walt Disney World dining; that restaurant is The Boathouse. In our Top 5 Disney Springs Restaurants series, The Boathouse was named our number one BEST Disney Springs restaurant. However, some changes are afoot! Recently, they added a Blackberry Cheesecake, a ribeye called the W.R. Chicago Cut, and fish tacos to the menu. For those who don’t know, The Boathouse is operated by the Gibson Restaurant Group. Gibson is known for their steaks, and the W.R. Chicago Cut is their signature. These menu changes bring more seasonality and variety to an already well-regarded Walt Disney World restaurant. In this video, we provide a full review of The Boathouse’s newest menu options. We also sample some of our favorite flavors, and at the end, we see if these changes complement The Boathouse’s already stellar menu.
