Fat One's Hot Dogs & Italian Ice is Universal Orlando's newest CityWalk quick-service eatery. Replacing the former Hot Dog Hall of Fame, Fat One's is a chain restaurant created by former *NSYNC member Joey Fatone. Fatone has stated that he wanted to create an establishment that reminded him of his youth growing up in Brooklyn, and, of course, hot dogs are a prominent fixture of New York cuisine. Years ago, Joey Fatone was also a Universal Team Member, working at Universal Studios' Beetlejuice Rock and Roll Graveyard Revue. The marriage of Joey Fatone, hot dogs, and Universal seems almost serendipitous, but are they truly a match made in heaven?
