Wolfgang Puck is a world-renowned celebrity chef who immigrated from Austria to the United States in 1973. He’s considered a pioneer of California cuisine, blending influences from different cultures to create dishes that are uniquely American. His Walt Disney World table-service restaurant opened in 2018, bringing his signature cuisine and elevated flavors to the Town Center section of Disney Springs. Called Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill, the interior is designed to resemble a rustic farmhouse, complete with incandescent chandeliers and photos of the restaurant’s namesake chef sourcing fresh produce. To us, this is Walt Disney World’s most underrated restaurant. Due to its quaint and unassuming aesthetic, it’s often overlooked in favor of more bombastic options like The Boathouse or Morimoto Asia. However, the menu is packed with fresh seasonal dishes and classics like chicken schnitzel, house-made pizzas, and the Wolfgang Puck burger. They recently updated the menu for the season, and we stopped by to try everything NEW Wolfgang Puck had to offer. The last time we dined here, Wolfgang Puck made our top three Disney Springs restaurants, so we had high hopes for the new dishes. Join us for a night of eating way too much at Disney Springs!
